Former U.S. Ski Team member, Dave Goode, founded GOODE Ski Technologies in 1975. In 1990 he
introduced the world's first patented carbon Composite Pencil ski pole.
GOODE Ski poles are
now recognized around the world for their strength, lightweight, aerodynamics and shock
absorbent properties. GOODE Carbon Composite poles strength-to-weight ratio is up to six
times greater than aluminium.
In 1995, GOODE prototyped and built the snow ski industry's first Carbon Fibre ski.
GOODE Skis weigh about 1/2 the weight of conventional fibreglass skis. Less weight
means less energy is expended turning from edge to edge, resulting in stronger
turns and better performance.
GOODE skis have the highest flex/torsion ratio of any ski on the market. The softer
longitudinal flex and stiffer torsional flex provide easier turning, better edge
holding and more stability.
GOODE is the worldwide leader in CARBON COMPOSITE Ski Poles and Skis.
