Cycle: Pearl Cycle

Pearl utilise special simulation software to develop state-of-the art cycle frames. The simulations are based on their long term involvement with professional cycling and the valuable racing data extracted.

"We aim to build frames that offer cyclists the perfect geometry which guarantees an optimum in cycling characteristics and performance."

The prototypes are rigorously tested under severe training and racing conditions by amateur and professional cyclists for a minimum of 10,000km.

The production models are constructed from hi-grade aluminium by prestigious italian frame builders. Each cycle receives a base coast of paint which protects the alloy or carbon, followed by a coat of colour paint and distinctive decor graphics. A further two coats of laquer are applied before the frame is dried in an oven at eighty degrees celsius to ensure maximum protection.

Every Pearl cycle undergoes strict quality control at every stage of production and is of guaranteed premium quality.
