Section A: Overview of Program

 

  •  Big Bear provides selected brands, and or specific products to ambassadors chosen by Karysmatik.
  • Ambassadors are chosen on the basis that they will conscientiously champion specific products within selected brands.
  • Ambassadors warrant that they will endeavour to act as suitable role models for juniors within the sport.

 

Section B: Our Commitment to you:

 

  •  Publicity and support on a number of websites:
    •  on www.karysmatik.com (following all of the individual’s we sponsor)
    • a relevant retail website blog covering your market
    •  a brand specific website, should it exist for the product we are supplying you with
  •  Continual exposure within our social media activities on Facebook, Twitter & Linked In
  •  Professional PR written by our marketing team on a regular basis following your exploits

 

Section B.1: Rewarding Great Ambassadors

 

Ambassadors who honour our expectations will also receive (when stock permits):

  •  Discretionary £25 or £50 credit vouchers to be applied against products you will champion
  • Additional branded clothing for the product lines you have been selected to champion
  •  Additional branded accessories for the product lines you have been selected to champion
  •  The opportunity to obtain a further credit voucher every 6 months
  •  Branding elements (stickers and patches) for one of Karysmatik’s websites
  •  The ability to utilise your discount across all Karysmatik online stores

 

Section C: Your Commitment to us:

 

  •  Minimum of 1 blog entry per week
    (Preferably commentary on events/competitions you participated in)
  •  Minimum of two twitters every week that have a direct correlation with the activities we are sponsoring you for – with at least 2 product/brand mentions each month
  •  Minimum of two Facebook status updates every week containing a direct correlation to the activities we are sponsoring you for – with at least 2 product/brand mentions each month.
    (The Facebook and Twitter activity may be similar but must not be identical)
  •  Minimum of 4 images per month submitted via ftp within our submission page; these will be uploaded to our Flicker account and made available for use under the Creative Commons. You must ensure that you have taken these photos, and or have gained permission to use these images in the manner intended. We encourage you to use these images to accompany your Facebook and blog entries.
  • Minimum of 2 comments on blogs written by others with a profile in your sport / area of activity each month.
  • Minimum of 2 direct url links to our websites each month.

 

 

We ask that you try to create commentary that is genuine, assists in building ‘your’ public image, and promotes your sport/activity. Where ever possible we request links back to our websites be included in the above activity, but we wish to stress that your activity should be 'genuine' and not appear 'spamy' in anyway to readers / followers of your online presence.

 

Images should be high quality, ideally suitable for use in promotional activities. They should be chosen to:

 

  •  Highlight yourself, your chosen sport and our product(s)
  •  At least one shot should feature the product(s)
    (Please try to include the product name – or at least brand name – in image title/description)

 

IMPORTANT: We do require that you email us once a month with url links to the activities above.

 

Section D: Explanation of Brand Ambassador Levels

 

We make our leading brand available FREE to Olympic representatives, and offer a variety of discounts to other UK competitors and industry groups ranging from 10% right up to 65% savings.

Section E: Duration

 

This offer for sponsorship covers an expected duration of twelve (12) months from the time of goods/products being supplied.

 

Section F: Termination of Program

 

While the outline above is not a legal document, you should consider the terms a legally binding agreement. Should any of the activities outlined above fail to occur, both parties are free to terminate the agreement at any time, with seven (7) days’ notice. At which time any and all goods/products that are and will remain property of Big Bear, Montesol LTD throughout the period will be returned without delay, or the recommended retail price must be paid for in full.

Section H: HINTS & TIPS

 

  •  Use your name in image tags and entry titles/headings
  •  Try to avoid generic identifiers such as ‘I’ and ‘me’, ‘we’ when writing
  •  Use full dates that include a day and the year
  •  Sign your posts/blog entries with your full name (and or your identifier)
  •  Consider a unique identifier (eg, John ‘Smiling’ Smith, or ‘Flaming’ Paula Jones)
    •  If you do take this approach take your time to find a complimentary tag line

When Blogging

  •  Reference your sport/activity as much as possible
  •  Use plurals
  •  Decide what your post is about in advance and be sure to mention the topic (event/product/yourself – but only ever one or two topics, never three or more) at the beginning and the end of each post.
